Players would spend some of their time inside their own cities to perform administrative tasks such as upgrading buildings, collecting resources and recruiting troops but most of the game play is centered outside the cities where players will survey the server (Kingdom) with an Exploration Team which is lead by a characters Hero. There are various benefits to belonging to an Alliance such as sharing resources and troops and even an Alliance Skill Tree once the Alliance reaches level 10.
